corn & bacon fritters

so we made corn & bacon fritters i work with victor

we work good what we need to work on it turning our oven

1. n a large bowl combine corn, flour, bacon, parsley, green onion and egg. Season to taste.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Brush with oil. ...
3. Cook 1-2 minutes each side, until fritters are lightly browned and Cooked through.
4. Transfer cooked fritters to a plate.
